“ Starbucks Tanjung Tokong is one of the best starbucks in Pulau Pinang.. Although, there are some points like the toilet the smells is not good and the service of cleaning need more attention.. All other things were great like the view and the comfortable environment.. I recommend it. ”
“ I recently visited Stuck Buck Tanjung Bunga, and while the place has some appealing aspects, my overall experience was far from satisfying. The ambiance is undeniably cozy, and the layout gives off a relaxed, comfortable vibe that initially made me hopeful for a pleasant visit. The facilities are generally good—there’s enough seating, decent decor, and the location itself is quite inviting for anyone looking to spend time with friends or get some work done. However, the service was a major letdown. The staff were extremely slow and inattentive. We had to wait far too long just to get a response after asking for a table to be cleaned. Shockingly, no one came to assist us, and we ended up moving to another table just so we could eat our food properly. Even then, the mess from previous customers remained untouched the entire time we were there. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of basic hygiene and responsibility in a place that otherwise looks well-maintained. The staff’s attitude seemed indifferent, and there was no sense of urgency or courtesy. It’s a shame, because with better service and a more responsive team, this place could easily be one of the best cafes in the area. But based on this visit, I won’t be returning anytime soon. ”
